Meet the Founder

Parth graduated from University of Sciences in Philadelphia with his doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has been treating for over 7 years as an outpatient physical therapist. He helped found Polygon in 2017, aiming to bring better care to the community.

 

Polygon’s unique treatment style combines one-on-one care with a comprehensive, full body approach to find and treat the cause of your symptoms. Parth believes that getting a complete picture of each patient, including his or her lifestyle, is vital for truly personalizing the most effective treatment plan for that patient. His goal is to bring Polygon’s methods and care model to every corner of the world.

Yes, we take most of the major providers. Please call 832-532-0144 to check your specific benefits.

Yes, the cash prices are as follows:

  • $75 for 30 minutes
  • $100 for 45 minutes
  • $150 for evaluations

If you are paying cash (i.e. not through insurance), no. If you are going through insurance, it depends on your plan. Call for the specific requirements of your plan. If you have one you can email it to us or have your doctor fax us.

Anyone who wants to optimize their movement and feel better. You don’t have to be injured to see us.

Our approach starts with a full body evaluation that will pinpoint all imbalances and problem areas. Treatment is one-on-one to optimize the time you take out of your day to see us.

Comfortable clothing that you can move around in. Athletic wear suggested.
